Mr. Amarjyoti Barua joined the Mahindra Group in May 2023 as Executive Vice President - Group Strategy. Mr. Amar is a member of the Group Executive Board. In his role, he is leading the Group Strategy Office and works with the Group’s overall portfolio of businesses for growth over the short and long-term. Mr. Amar is also responsible for overseeing the groups’ investor relations function. Mr. Amar has recently taken over as the Group Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. 17th May 2024.
Prior to joining Mahindra, Mr. Amar was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) segment of Baker Hughes.
Prior to Baker Hughes, Mr. Amar held multiple roles at General Electric Co. (GE) over the course of 20+ years. Mr. Amar was the CFO for GE’s Power Conversion business. He also was the CFO for GE Mining, Financial Planning & Analysis Leader for GE in India and Executive Audit Manager at GE’s Corporate Audit Staff. Mr. Amar was promoted to GE company officer in 2019.
During his 25-year professional career, Mr. Amar has lived and worked in over 10 countries. He is a recipient of several recognitions including GE Board Simplification award, GE India President’s award, GE Chairman Award, and an Achievers award in Corporate Excellence from one of the leading Media groups in the Northeast of India in 2023. Mr. Amar is also actively engaged in supporting a not-for-profit charitable institution for supporting aged women called “Seneh”.
Mr. Amar holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from a leading business school in India.

Mr. Raul Rebello is a career banker with extensive experience in the domain of Rural Banking and Financial Inclusion. Prior to joining Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL), he was with Axis Bank as EVP & Head – Rural Lending & Financial Inclusion.
Over nearly 2 decades with Axis Bank, he led key businesses including Rural Lending, Farmer Funding, Gold Loans, MSME lending, Commodity Loans, Tractor & Farm Equipment Lending, Agri-Value chain Deposits, Payments & Insurance. He also led the Business correspondent channel including 15,000+ partner outlets and the Micro-ATM channel of the Bank. He played a pivotal role to increase the Banks Distribution in Rural and Semi –Urban areas through light format Banking outlets, Micro-ATMs, and Rural ecosystem partnerships.
He is credited with several transformational interventions viz. introducing various end-to-end digital initiatives and paperless loan journeys for low-income households, besides launching suitable phygital tools and customer journeys including Aadhar Pay. Under his leadership, Axis Bank has won the prestigious Financial Inclusion Award at the Asian Banking and Finance Awards in 2019 and 2021.
Mr. Raul is a member of CII National Council on Agriculture since FY19 and serves as an Advisory Board Member on the Expert Committee for Agriculture & Food Processing of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry since 2017.
He is a Postgraduate in Management from the Goa Institute of Management.

Mr Vedanarayanan Seshadri is the Managing Director & Principal Officer of Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd, the Insurance broking subsidiary of Mahindra Finance. Prior to joining Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd in Feb’21, Mr Vedanarayanan was the President and COO for Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd.
Veda is a management professional with 28 years of overall experience of which 18 years have been in the BFSI sector handling various assignments in Retail Banking, Life and Non Life Insurance.
Starting his career with Eicher Motors Ltd in automotive sales, he worked with BILT (Ballarpur Industries Ltd) in business development & internal consulting roles before joining ICICI Bank in 2003. In the retail Bank he worked in roles across both retail liabilities and assets and headed Product Development and Cross sell for the Mortgage business.
In 2007, he moved to Tata AIA Life Insurance handling several senior roles in Strategic planning, Partnership acquisition and heading the Eastern Zone for Tata AIA life. In 2012, Veda joined the non life company of the Murugappa Group, Chola MS General Insurance ltd as the Chief Marketing officer. In his 8 year stint with Chola MS, he built a strong retail franchise and handled multiple roles including setting up the Health Insurance SBU before taking over as President and COO in 2020.
An Engineer by profession, Veda has done his PGDM from MDI- Gurgaon and has also completed his Advanced Management Program (AMP) from INSEAD France.

Hemant Sikka is the President of the Farm Equipment Sector (FES) and a Member of the Group Executive Board at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M).
Part of the well diversified Mahindra Group, Hemant has been President of Mahindra FES since April 2020, wherein he has global responsibility of Mahindra’s tractor and farm machinery business. Mahindra FES is the largest tractor company in the World by volume. Mahindra commands 40% Market Share in domestic tractor business in India. Apart from being market leader in India, FES has strong on ground presence and business in USA, Japan, Turkey and Finland and leads with iconic brands like Mahindra, Swaraj, Mitsubishi, Erkunt and Sampo in its portfolio.
Hemant also oversees Mahindra Powerol, a leading player in Genset and Industrial Engines Business & Mahindra 2 Wheelers division including CLPL (Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd , associate company of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd) which has flagship brands like Jawa, Yezdi and BSA.
Under his leadership FES has also entered into Agri advisory, Agri Input, Rental of Farm Machines and Precision Farming sectors under Brand Krish-e with a vision to transform farming and enriching lives of farmers.
Hemant also serves on the boards of several Mahindra Group companies in India and overseas.
Hemant is the President of Tractor & Mechanization Association (TMA) of India. Before taking responsibility as President of FES, Hemant was President – Chief Purchase Officer of the Automotive & Farm Sector of Mahindra, managing a spend of Rs. 35,000 Cr while also leading Mahindra Powerol and spares business of Mahindra.
He also worked as Head of Purchase for SsangYong Motors, South Korea, a group subsidiary of Mahindra, wherein he played a key role in the purchasing domain by building strong business relationships with Korean suppliers and lead the SsangYong purchase team in significantly reducing material costs and driving sourcing synergies with Mahindra.
Before his assignment in SsangYong Motors, Hemant was Head Manufacturing – Automotive Sector, where he provided strategic direction in improving productivity, workmen involvement and raising standards through initiatives like ‘Quality First’.
Prior to joining the Mahindra group in 2000, Hemant spent 9 years with Maruti Suzuki.
Hemant holds B.Tech. Degree from NIT Kurukshetra & MBA from FMS, DU.
Hemant enjoys sports and watching movies. He lives in Mumbai.

Ms. Sapna Jain holds a BCom (Hons) degree from University of Delhi, Certification in Management (CIM) from London Business School and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Ms. Sapna Jain is currently Deputy Senior Vice president, Head – Financial Controller & Financial Planning & Analysis of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL).
Ms. Sapna Jain brings over 24 years of experience across multiple industries including Automobile, Banking, Oil & Gas and Healthcare in matrix multinational environment. Her previous stint was at Kent Athlone Pharma Group, UK where she was leading the financial aspects of Company Strategy. Prior to that Ms. Sapna Jain held multiple leadership roles at General Electric Co. (GE) over the course of 17 years in UK and global locations in GE Healthcare, Baker Hughes (a GE company) and GE Corporate. In her initial career years, Ms. Sapna Jain has worked with automobile companies Honda Motors and Daewoo Motors leading their Costing & Budgeting functions and HSBC leading Group Strategic projects.
